Netflix x Live Concert

Fall 2024

As a group of six, we developed a strategic concept for Netflix’s potential expansion into live music streaming. Using surveys and conjoint analysis, we identified the features consumers value most and uncovered the target segment with the highest adoption potential. We analyzed competitors, built a data-driven persona, and delivered recommendations on content strategy, pricing, and product design. Our final solution outlined how Netflix could successfully launch and scale a live concert offering.
